Horton Tower, Dorset - Monochrome
I have been so busy lately with preps for my final post-grad exams that I just haven't had any time to get out and about. Had my last exam today so thought I'd find something, anything to put up here just so you didn't think I had abandoned you
![]() This is Horton Tower, an old folly that now acts as a disguise for Vodaphone aerials inside. Keeps them out of the way I suppose. I liked the tone and it looks good on my PC but despite adjusting it three times, it doesn't quite have the same contrast on here. It is in the correct sRGB profile but keeps changing when I upload so you'll just have to go with what is here :o) Cheers, Rob

Re: Horton Tower, Dorset - Monochrome
I just gave it a bit extra as sometimes drop shadows look a bit tight, that's all. Thanks for the other comments, I wanted the track and the fence to work as you said, inevitably they had to be going to the side of the tower but I think we get enough 'help' from them to work as lead lines.
Thanks, Rob |

Re: Horton Tower, Dorset - Monochrome
Think the track works well, lead-in and balance for the tower, but the fence is not doing any favours

Scanned out of a newspaper Jack? What makes you say that? Sorry, you've lost me there!
