Hi I slightly confused is there movement in the pic as the eyes say no but the bench say yes.

I'm gonna guess that what you have here is a DOF issue - that there is something between the edge of the bench and the lens that is so OOF that you cannot tell that it is not part of the bench. Similar to when you have a small branch/twig in the frame on a landscape shot - it essentially dissappears but you will occassionally see a ghost of it in the shot.
OR........ what you have is an overlay shot - if you look closely enough the black triangle at the bottom of the shot is actually the cat's nose - you can follow the line of the nose up toward the cat's eye - and if you look closely enough you can see the other eye within the edge of the wood as well as the pattern of the cat's fur in the board on the right.
