Infrared Breaker

Thought i would try this shot in infrared for something different-its not something i have tried before but it certainly looks different thoughts/comments?

I'm not usually a huge fan of IR, but I do like this.

I always thought that IR required long exposures, so was this achieved in post processing?

Sorry yes it was done in photoshop-it was a color raw file which was converted-I know nothing about proper infrared-was converting it to black n white and decided to try this instead

Thanks Woody-the new black n white command in CS3 has a color filter menu and halfway down that is infrared-i was trying some of the filters an decided to give this ago
