Taken in Wentworth Street (Petticoat Lane) as one of those spare of the moment images. Any comments appreciated.

PS: how do you post images direct into the post without the link??

Think you need to either use a different type of link to the image (what you've done is right from a Pixalo point of view) or set your Flickr account to allow off-site display

Thanks for the welcome. Still haven't a clue how to show an image despite messing about with flickr.

I had no trouble seeing the picture by clicking on the link.

The two Jewish figures help to keep this picture above a snapshot as without them it becomes a reportage shot of a street market. With them it works reasonably well. I can't say it holds my interest for long and I think as a mono it could do with having a bit more contrast and lowering the overall lighting a touch as it needs a sense of atmosphere.

Good start but let's see some more.

Pumperman, there is a piece here on how to upload photos to your free Pixalo gallery. Once you've done that, select the relevant code from under the photo and just pop it in a post here!

If you are hosting somewhere else, you need to select the photo icon at the top of the new post box and insert the URL of your photo.
