Taken at the beach about 2 weeks ago.

used Nik Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete to turn into B&W.
just bought it yesterday and it's a great program.

Maybe the dark area could be lifted a touch to give a hint of detail and show his missing leg

The horizon is sloping. Other than that and the missing leg it looks OK to me. It has a very old feeling to it. It could have been a picture of my wife and me taken over 40 years ago.

You old romantic you Sotelo

It definitely tells a story and leaves the viewer to write it which is good. It's not a shot that takes itself too seriously but is well taken and presented. Yup, a bit dark at the bottom but it would have been burnt out elsewhere if you'd lifted it more so a decent balancing act.
