Beautiful tones and great angle and choice of subject, but lose that damned border

I didn't mind it so much in the abstract shot, but this time it is actually affecting the photo, and this to mean calls for it needing to be removed.

The lack of depth of field is distracting for me, although it might be better without the border perhaps. I think it would have been better with the whole image in sharp focus, there would have been so much more there to look at.

Good lighting though, and a punchy B&W conversion.

Nice and moody, typical of many of your shots but, as stated elsewhere, the border and lack dof trouble me. Even so the atmosphere captured wins through.

seems a bit overprocessed to me Fi, can't put my finger on it - perhaps too much contrast and over sharpened. However, I like the subject and think it really has potential for many interesting images.

Love the pic, like the d0f but HATE the frame, it is very distracting. Lose that and maybe stick something very thin on as a border and you've got it packed
