Lunch?

Ladybird was totally unphased by the spider's attempt at making it into a tasty meal - and spider soon backed down and disappeared

Taken yesterday in the somewhat overbright sun @ lunchtime, as it happens!

Whilst it's more of a fun shot than anything, be interested in any comments anyone might have as to how I could've handled/processed the shot!

it's not too bad even with the sunshine,. there's not always time or whatever but something like a semi transparent tupperware lid or box can help diffuse the light and soften the shadows a lot

Will see if I can't come up with something like that - tho' with this being handheld and the spider being somewhat jumpy, may have to try it elsewhere!

anything that lets some light through will work,. is like a semi shadow but it spreads the light out like a softbox,. well that's kinda the idea I think
