Marilyn and the GI's
Ok first time submission in this forum.
This was taken on Saturday at the Goodwood Revival, I had just turned round and didn't really have that much time to think, it was a case of point and shoot as many shots as time allowed. this one I think is the best of my bunch. But I would love to know what you guys would have done and how, anyway less typing photo below... ![]() |

Obvious comments are that it need some foreground boosting (easy to fix in PS) and that you've clipped off the RHS of the last squadie.
Good fun picture none the less. ![]() |

Points taken on board many thanks
Post has now been removed and used the shadow/highlight tool. All comments most welcome as it's the only way to learn through making a few mistakes     |

Thats much better.
I would have tried to get all of the subjects attention, so all were looking towards the camera. |

Matt if only I could of, but it was a bit like a rugby scrum as everyone was calling out to them, besides I only got three shots off before me card was full and by the time I'd replaced the card it was all over and done with and she was off into the VIP area which was out of bounds to the likes of me.

Scrum?
Use your elbows a bit more and get stuck in. You will always regret missing the image far more than upsetting the other photographers. All's fair in Love, War and Journalism. Maybe shoot from a little lower next time to exclude the modern-dressed punters in the background a little. |
