Mono Portrait
This is an old photograph I took almost a year ago when my girlfriend was round at my house. She hates getting her photo taken so she'll definitely go mental if she ever sees this website....
Anyway, I was inspired by the "Pimp my Wife" thread in the photo manipulation section of the board so I found this old photo... ![]() and transformed it to this...! ![]() Did a lot of cloning, burned/dodged some areas, ran it through Noise Ninja (though i've never used it before and not sure how much it did) and also liquify tool to straighten out a slight bump on the nose. C&C (however bad ) much appreciated!Cheers alastair |

Hmm i'm scared to show it to her..she HATES herself in pictures, shy lass. I'll wait til she's had a few Bacardi Breezers I think. ![]() |

Re: Mono Portrait
Good work. When you show it to her don't mention use of the liquify tool!

Re: Mono Portrait
I think you've done a great job here Sweet_sac. The only bit I think could be improved a touch further is the iris and pupil of her eyes. In the mono they have melded into each other so much that we don't see much separation. It is making her eyes look too dark. If you lighten the iris a touch I think it will make it stronger.
The rest is great and she definitely has no reason to hide from the camera. Tell her from us we said that... but then again maybe you'd better not or you'll get killed for showing it to us in the first place! ![]() Cheers, Rob
