Re: Moody Blues
I like the idea Jack, the Fender trademark is one of the most famous there is, especially in the world of music. The two problems I have are the amount of dark area down the left of the pictureand the thin strip along the top with the lettering which has been cropped in a way that doesn't help this. I think this needs a diagonal orientation so that it has a bit more dynamism and the lettering isn't cut in half. I can work out that the first word is Input and not INPUI but further along I have to use my deductive powers to assume it is Drive Volume. That kind of thing really niggles when I look at an image like this. The lettering is very bright and it draws the eye up to the top of the picture and away from the main subject, the Fender badge.
Assuming this is your amp, let's see a few more from different angles and things. I am sure there are better shots there.... go find 'em :o) Cheers, Rob

Re: Moody Blues
Good points Rob, I did the lettering like that to force you to look at it for longer, but maybe I should just scrap that. And yes it's my (old) amp

Re: Moody Blues
I agree with Rob, but like the post processing overall ....
What's your "new" amp?? My hubby's got a Line 6 something or other ... can be set up to sound like a squillion other amps!! |
