Need to be picked apart,,IR birdie

any comments will help as I just keep finding out things like,,ACR will only go to 2000 kelvin and won't take the white point off the exif. Jamed at 2000K, 9 out of ten,,,whine whine whine,,, Is this any good?

Looks a little soft - focussed on grass in front? Have to admit that I'd prefer a Cardinal in colour!

Not good enough yet for adding color in this kind of picture, but I will try sometime. I was useing manual focus, I am not that good with it. How about the over all composition ?

Comp maybe a little too central - maybe crop off top and RHS?

i can tell the bird has some really great textures. I'm not sure how you'd bring them out more. The grass looks phenomenal, so soft. Maybe the cropping Markulous suggested would enlarge the bird enough to bring out the texture, I'm not certain if it is in sharp enough focus though.
