Re: Night Time in Hobart Tasmania
I think I would clone out the lamp at the bottom middle and then crop this to letterbox so you lose the bottomand top quarters of the image. It keeps the focus on the interesting part, all the lights of the bridge and beyond. I have had a little play to see what you think, using standard panorama ratio of 5:2 and have upped the contrast and saturation a tad to give it more punch. See what you think....
Cheers, Rob

Re: Night Time in Hobart Tasmania
I like the original shot but I think Rob's nailed it here with a great crop and saturation boost, very nice

Re: Night Time in Hobart Tasmania
Oooooh, the saturation increase on this one really brings out the colors and looking at the red streaks really brings your eyes across the whole picture! Great job Rob on enhancing the pic. Good idea getting rid of the lamp, it was distracting to the pic. Overall I like!

Re: Night Time in Hobart Tasmania
Hi Rob and everyone
It does look good with what you have done with the photo. Our dilemma with our colour setup it look good on the montor and when printing its to dark. so it look like a small investment in a spider to sink all six monitors and printer ect so what we see at the moment is a best guess or hit an miss so we are not realy sure when uploading to the net also as everyone montor will be slightly different calibration I have to learn how to clone out objects I very am raw at this game On Adobe
