took this alst weekend at the wedding, and i have to say it is probably my fav of the lot........... i just cant put my finger on why..........I know its technically not perfect being a tad soft etc but i decided not to sharpen up as i thought it kinda suited it........ so please do your worse..........

I really like this shot. Don't think the softness ruins the shot in any way.
There's just something in the way she's utterly focused on the chocolate-covered strawberry and he's looking like it's far from the first glass of bubbly of the night.

I agree that's a great shot and I think it is a combination of factors that make the result, as is often the case with the best shots. Main factor for me is what the wedding photography manuals refer to as the 'aaaaah' factor (yes, it's a technical term).

I can see that up on some proud parent's wall.

I think this photo really does paint a picture, it's shows a genuine warmth and interaction from the subjects. Very interesting compostition, I'd be proud if I had taken this.

Only thing that I wish were different is the angle of the man's face. Still, a great moment captured - the little girl looks adorable, even though she's pouting
