River Wye B&W

I've finally got around to watch some of the multitude of PS tutorial videos i keep collecting from magazines and been putting a few of the techniques into practice.

Here's a picture of the River Wye taken last year.

C & C welcome

Stu

Wow! There's certainly a lot to look at, but I can't help wonder about the validity of the mist? Is it real?

Re: River Wye B&W

I think this has the makings of a striking image Stu, but may be suffering form a touch of the 'overdunits'.

I think the mist is out of place in this shot, and the sky is quite impressive, but perhaps should also be at the same sort of level through the trees?

Overall it is a good effort though, so well done for taking it on.

Re: River Wye B&W

I have to admit Graham i'm like a bull in a china shop at time with PS having spent the last week finally watching tons of tutorials. I'm now trawling through lots of old shots with pimping in mind .

I wasn't a 100% sure about the mist, the more i look at it the more it doesn't quite look right but i guess practice makes perfect so will no doubt be playing with this image for awhile.

Cheers for looking any Guys.
