Rossi at Donnington

A shot of Rossi during the qualifying on Saturday, decent weather (unlike race day). This is rather heavily cropped, I had the 100-400 but could have used something in the 600 - 800 region.

I found it hard to find a good place to stand, you either seemed to be miles from the track or behind a chainlink fence, this was behind a fence but I managed to get near enough to the fence to blur it out.

I shall probably post a few more from the weekend when I've sorted them out. Any C&C or advice welcomed.

cheers

Dan

Advice? What the heck do you need advice for on this shot? It's a really good job with all the limitations of distance, fence and so forth. You've comosed it well, got it nice and sharp, not much to moan about here

Cheers,
Rob

Re: Rossi at Donnington

Well, thanks guys I'm glad you like this.

I'm hoping to try and get along to some smaller racing events, amateur days etc. at smaller circuits to see if I can get closer to the action but nothing beats getting shots of stars like Rossi and Stoner.

cheers

Daniel
