Re: Sheep/Cliff B+W
Where did you get the idea that you're not much good at photography Lady? This weeks fine except for one minor problem: the horizon is wonky. Needs straightening as it looks like the water is running out of the left of the picture. I have adjusted it for you here so see what you think. Well worth it as the rest is lovely.
Cheers, Rob :o)

Re: Sheep/Cliff B+W
I agree with Rob (for a change)
Me thinks that you have the "eye". With the artistic eye, the technical aspects of photography will come. Just hang around this site, and the talented people will teach you so much.Anyway, I like the strong diagonals here, and the contrast between the sheep and the land. The focus and tonal range is good, and the subject holds the viewers interest. Well done. |

Re: Sheep/Cliff B+W
ditto what Skip and Rob says lady, dont knock yourself! there is nothing wrong with the image apart from the mistake that each and everyone of us make from time to time, especially when we first starting out, so well done lovely image!

Re: Sheep/Cliff B+W
Thanks for your replies and advice Rob, Skipper & Fiona
I've seen some of the amazing stuff posted here so i'll definitely be sticking around and trying to get better at the same time. And thanks for adjusting that, Rob! I didn't even notice until you mentioned, haha. Definitely something i'll keep in mind when I'm taking more photos!-LV |

Re: Sheep/Cliff B+W
Just a slight tweak to the horizon that Rob has done and you have got a very nice shot indeed
