Re: silhoette

A very strong image Jewel. The light breaking through the clouds adds a bit of drama.

If you want to take this a setp further have a go with "FIlter -> Render -> Lighting Effects -> OMNI" move the circle to say the centre of the cross & expand circle to size you want. I would recommend doing this on a duplicate layer so you can weaken the effect by playing witht the opacity of the top layer. Aim is to try & get a natural looking lighting effect that would add an extra wow factor

Re: silhoette

Again much improved work Jewel. Another 'simple' but strong image that grabs your attention.

Great shot Jewel but may I be so bold as to question the border I think its a tad to thick tends to over power the shot. but what do i know

Re: silhoette

It's a nicely composed image, my only thing is every time i look at it (i keep coming back to it) i think maybe the figure could go a little darker, then the next time i think maybe it could be a little lighter...This time i think it's a matter of opinion and maybe you have it right!
