Cats have had enjoying life figured out since cro magnon man made his first flint arrow.





I have a preference for the B&W although perhaps a reworked colour version (hint hint) might change that.

Please critique this as honestly as you like.

here u go........my version, opbviously only working on the low res version. so quality isnt bang up there

For me the colour one is better. Slightly different crop to Fiona, but otherwise similar processing, I think.

I rather liked the space:


Cropped, tidy up dire paintwork a bit , small rotate to line up curtain, bit of dodge of head, clone out shadow of bowl

Thanks all. The space I though was very much critical to the photo working and not just being a snap of a pet so its interesting 2 mods remove all that. Maybe a slight trim of the bottom and right was what was needed - I think including the whole bowl was a mistake.
