thanks chaps,

to be honest i didnt see any pets of any kind in the streets, most of Oz strictly controls non-native animals, and i think they destroy most strays and unregistered animals, as they have an adverse effect on the native creatures,

the pic was turned to greyscale, levels were adjusted, cropped and some noise added to give some atmosphere ( i hope ) and a small border was aded to, all done in PScs ,

the thing is my screen is hard to setup an cant find a decent way to do it, its a Medion MD7218AR 18.1" tft lcd monitor , i run it at 1280x1024 @ 75 Hz , the other thing is i have a newish Epson R300 printer that i have to match up to,
