Good processing, but a little 'loose' - a tighter crop would improve it while retaining the character of the shot.
maybe a bit too much film-grain added as well...

My first thought was 'camera phone?'. Far too grainy and I find the blurry background overly distracting - I'm drawn to the vertical ladder just above the back of the taxi.

Pity about the half-car on the right hand side, too.

Nice Dave,

that crop is almost exactly what my first thought was when I saw the original and Mike's treatment is just about how I saw the processing. Although for my taste I may have left a little more tone.
