Top Gear style cars

I went to a trackday recently to drive a Porsche Boxtser S and 911 Carrera (996) - both were insanely nice cars to drive. Anyhoo, they also had the supercar experience going on with many awesome beasts being driven - Gallardos, Diablo SV, Viper, Noble, 911 Turbo, SL55 AMG etc. Decided to try and get some shots in the top gear style of things. Shot with a Canon Powershot A80, PS work: levels, lomo effect via layers, border, burn tool

Let me know what you guys think.

Cheers

Saw these on Ocuk, but didnt comment then, so will now.

They are pretty good mate. The Focus though doesnt work as you were too close to the car, and so its very distorted. Maybe you were going for this effect, bu personaly I dont like it.

Great shots otherwise!

I think that's the best shot! Going close with a wide lens adds a little drama. Plus... it's Imperial Blue... the bestest Ford colour ever.... but then again, I would say that

Enjoy! Nice cars. I'd have the Cougar ST200, but SOOOO rare and hard to find.

The focus is my fave out of them all, I can't see any areas of distortion to ruin the shot.

Great shots

I thought they were a myth?
I've finally found a dead '200 engine that I'll be cannibalising in due course, so watch the 'other place' for updates.

Well get posting some car pictures of your own, there is no excuse for blaming others when they post beautiful scenery and bird stuff if you don't balance it up with some nice motor shots
