Re: Warehouse

Like the balance and processing - tho' not too sure of the canopy and what it brings to the shot (think it's the colour, tho' appreciate there's not much you can do with that...... except change it!)

Re: Warehouse

Like the lines, the contrast but agree about the colour of the canopy. It makes it too dominant.

A monochrome image with a single small touch of colour may have been more effective.

Saying that, your realisation is good. Was this what you set out to do or did the image emerge on the computer?

Re: Warehouse

In very strong terms, the canopy ruins a very good image. I like the strong contract, and without the canopy, gives a wonderful 1930's feeling.

Good job, G2.

Re: Warehouse

Would be easy to convert the canopy to mono the same as the rest and then you've got a winner, the brickwork is excellent and gives a real sense of age and neglect to the place.

Good work, just change that canopy.

Cheers,
Rob

Re: Warehouse

Thanks for your comments and insight, this is the shot all in black and white.
I must say I prefer this version.
