Not a bad pick either! They (dandelions) seem to have sprouted up everywhere overnight, so very topical!

Nicely isolated tho' think I'd prefer just a touch more DOF (tho' no big deal, I have to admit!)

Nice shot works with the black background but they are a bugger to print.
I did three in a type stitch bud, flower,and seed that works well.

It is not a weed but just "a flower in the wrong place"

I think you could do with a little more DOP to get the front petals in focus.

Do not agree. The little bit out of focus emphasises the in focus parts.

Want to pull up more dandelions? Our allotment is springing up all over with them.

I always thought that allotments were about growing food which is what you seem to see have done see the link below and there are many more in Google

Thanks everybody. Good point sawdust made about printing - , has anyone had any experience of sending them to Tesco, Boots, etc so that they can waste all their ink?
