With or without motion?

I was going for the guy in motion/blocks staying still look, but also took one at a faster SS that keeps everything still (will post this if requested, but i'm sure you guys can imagine it). Any thoughts as to which depicts a better image?

Thanks, and btw I absolutely LOVED London. Brilliant city!

Cheers!

Re: With or without motion?

Like to see the other one - it looks as if you've not quite caught the stack, looks slightly soft, which underpins the rest of the shot

Re: With or without motion?

Here's the other one, but based on Markulous' opinion on the soft blocks this shot may not end up being all that great...

P.S. I didn't really process this other one, so keep that in mind. It can still be sharpened, contrasted, etc.
