Amber
Here is a pic of my daughter now. As you can see there are lots of shadows on her face. My question is how do I highlight just her face only, so the rest of it won't be blown out. Also get rid of the messy bit of hair in her face?

Have you tried dodging the area around her face? also you should be able to clone those starnds out.
