Not quite sure where to post this so...........

This is my daughter and some of her friends on thier prom night.
I am struggling to get the skin tones right in DPP even using the wb fine tune.
The originals are 14 bit raw and I need to get about 150 of these processed as a job lot.

There is a prize for guessing which is my daughter, the prestige of being right.

This isn't a big change - the original looks pretty good...

All I did was desaturate the greens slightly, increase the saturation of everything else, and shift the hues to be a little warmer.

(No idea which one is Millie!)

I'm begining to think some of the blue is face paint having looked again!
I really don't wanna do each and every head individually.

There's no blue that I can see, Soupy. The skin tones in your original look OK - maybe a little cool but not much.

I think WB is ok and I guessed your princess (the prettiest) on the right.

For me I would try and remove the "reflective glow" from the girl on the left above the nose and her left hand cheek just to match the two other faces.

very subtle changes just to improve but not make it obvious.

Played with the White Balance.

Then used Nik Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete (Glamour Glow, lowered it to 26%).

Then Imagenomic Portraiture Plug-In. (Default w/Skintones Mask Layer).

Hope you like it.

Here's the same but I gave the girl in the middle a Nose Job and added color to your daughters Lips.

This is my nick at it;

Editted in Adobe Lightroom 1.4

added +12 fill light, increased the temp by +10, tint by -12, 57 contrast, 2 vibrance and 2 saturation to give it a bit more of a pop in general.

Exposure was very good, but exposed for the girls was my guess which gave it a slight (very slight) blue tint.

I'm not sure if i'm bang on or not but is millie the one on the right with the white dress?
