Hello could someone tell me/show me how to improve this image its really important th

Hi this is the last picture taken of my mother in laws sister so she would like it improved. The child removed and generally the picture enhanced so it can be framed. This image is only 200kb so if someone could tell me what to do in cs3 i can then make the adjustments on the original image.

Would be most grateful if someone could help

Levels, desaturated a little, cloned out baby, de-noised, sharpened

That really is about as good as I can get it.
If you can up-load a higher resolution version to Flikr or another image bank I will have another go for you!

This is the best I could do in 14 min. and a low res. image
didnt like the frame at the end, but had allready uploaded.

All steps in Photoshop CS3

1.- Fixed Exposure

2.- Used selective color to remove redness

3.- Healed Blemishes

4.- New Layer, select soft light blend mode, Fill Neutral Color (50% Grey)
set the forground to white , go over the redness that was left over and the wrinkles with a soft brush. and merge the layers

5.- I used DCE Tools Portrait Skin Cleaner, a Photoshop Plug-in, to clean skin you can use a different one theres a lot of free plug-ins like this one free.

6.- New Layer, put a little make-up on cheeks

7.- New Layer put a little lipp color

8.- Flatten Image.

9.- Remove Background, add new background.

AND YOUR DONE !!

would have looke a lot better with a high res. image.
