How do I add colour to a B&W pic?
I'm using Photoshop CS3. I have a couple pictures i'm going to change to B&W .. but i'd like to keep my dd's fingernails red. Does anyone know where i'd find a tutorial to do this, or could explain it to me in laymans terms?

well...if you duplicate the background layer before you convert to black and white, then you can later add a layer mask to the mono layer and just paint back (in black on the mask) the bits you want to keep in colour.
Tell me if that sounds too complicated and I'll try and explain it a little more simply  |
