Need help with CS3

I don't know if this is the right spot to ask this question. But I can't find how to straighten my photo in CS3. Can anyone tell me how? Thought this would be the easiest question to ask about CS3. And I'm sure I will go after you tell me how to do it.

Thank you -- you are so kind .

I have it copied will all my other tutorials. Pretty soon I will have a book Such a simple step that I just couldn't figure out. I didn't play with my tools long enough. I got frustrated instead and closed out the program It was late and I was tired.

Now I can straighten a picture I took yesterday. Thanks again!
