reflections

was given a plug in for reflections, this was my second attempt. i have posted in the gallery but i know a lot of folks dont spend that much time in the gallery so decided to post it here as well, feel free to improve and play!......

That's a hard one to improve on Fiona . Only thing I would suggest is that in a real shot there would be ambient light from the moon showing some detail in the water to the sides. Needs to only just be visible, to make a perfect shot

I'm with Steve, i really like this one too. I saw an older effort in the galleries a while ago and this is a vast, vast improvement on that. Have you got anymore details on it, like how many shots make it (if it's a composite) etc.?

thanx lolyton, the image is made from two pictures.......... the boat being taken fromone image and the moon is just that a plain moon shot. I used a plugin on photoshop.......... ( flaming pear - flood) to create the reflection. the hardest part was doing the boat reflection, but to do that i took the reflection frmo the oroginal boat image and added it on seperately then brought down the opacity so that it merged with the moon reflection rather than sat on top of it.
