I've learnt an awful lot over the last year thanks to the guys on here and have bbeen looking over some of the early shots I took.

I've always liked this one even though I've never been entirely happy with it.



So with a bit more work on the processing, shadows, highlights and levels I've ended up with this which I think anywy is a lot better, opinions?

Oooh... way too light there I'd have thought? Somewhere between the two would be better. I like this one, there's a great sense of movement which I think is enhanced by the difference between the sharp and blurred parts of the image. I gave it a sharpen to enhance that difference.



I might be inclined to clone out that post and wire on the left, but leave the airborne debris?

You could be right, I was just pleased it was an improvement

Something wrong with your source there Dod....very very slow load fo pics at this point in time (eg. 10 mins plus).....5 mins later took a bout 1 min.

That's got to be uploadit again I've got two other lots of webspace but they're both full at the moment, some house keeping required I think
