2 for 1 St Cuthberts
Another one from St Cuthberts.I had to use the 'lens' tool in the filters palette as the lampost was leaning alarmingly!!.It seems to have distorted things on a local scale though.Whilst I personally find both pictures 'acceptable' [I wish the tree was not there and maybe even the lamppost!!
] I feel the Mono could be better but I have given it my best shot.![]()

Re: 2 for 1 St Cuthberts
i do prefer the mono.......... however i think there maybe some more contrast needed as u have lost a lot of detail in the castle.
Must get up there and pay that graveyard a visit soon! lol Fi |

Okay,I won't go there .The castle does look a bit peely wally and soft doesn't it.I may try to make a selection of it and try to boost it a bit [if my 'skills' are up to it!!]. |

Re: 2 for 1 St Cuthberts
Just did a quick pimp to mono to try and get greater separation between FG stones and BG. Not perfect but see what you think. I tried to mute the bright sky but I went a bit to far so it's a bit flat. Sorry!
Cheers, Rob
