All Coloured Macro
I like to look beyond the reference type macro shot as it gives excuse for getting even the most mundane species! Was windy, so difficult to go for longer exposures, so upped the ISO (something I'm loathe to do for introducing noise)
#1 Blue on Pink  Canon 350D, Sigma 150mm macro, f/16, 1/20, ISO800, tripod #2 Red on Green Was hoping that I'd be able to get the leaf in focus but it was just too far away. The spiders were having a field day as, with it being slightly drier, the flies were out in force!  Canon 350D, Sigma 150mm macro, f/16, 4/5, ISO100, tripod #3 Pink and Green I suppose ideally this shouldn't have been facing away but I still liked the colour combo   Canon 350D, Sigma 150mm macro, f/16, 1/40, ISO800, tripod #4 Green Pastel Loved the sight of this shield bug as it trundled into view  Canon 350D, Sigma 150mm macro, f/10, 1/100, ISO800, tripod #5 Pastel Green It obviously chose this leaf for the matching eye colour!  Canon 350D, Sigma 150mm macro, f/9, 1/100, ISO800, tripod All comments good, bad or indifferent are very welcome, as always!

They are all very good Macro shots Mark, I particularly like #4 as it appears to have trundled over to have a look at you. some lovely colours as well, especially in #1.

All great shots with variety of colours and subjects, I like the pink/blue of the 1st. Although, the one that really stands out for me is No.4, an absolute cracker
