Alpaca?

Never seen this animal before until I went to New Zealand. Apparently, brought in from Canada? Any ideas, Jewel?

Looks like a cross between a camel and a sheep.

The shots aren't anything special. Just wanted to share with you guys this wonderful new animal I discovered. Their fur is very soft and smooth. Softer than sheep fur.

Hi, these look very similar to llamas, i tried photographing adult ones at a safari park and it spat on my son lol.

LOL yeah it looks like a llama. Come in all colours, just like squirrels,lol. They spit at people when they are annoyed,lol. It's quite gross tbh. They are part of the camel family yes.

You get Guanaco's (unsure spelling) that look similar to this too, i met one just after it was born in Patagonia, fur is super soft. Relation of Llama and Alpaca
