is it crop? composition is nice but high lvl of noice and lack of sharpness makes it less atractive. if it's crop maybe you should leave it in full size. it looks that you had difficult light conditions when making this photo. i'm not eable to make any bird photo - i'm not fast enough and i'm not as lucky as you
