I like the dark under the arches as it draws my eye up to the Church/Building.

I agree with mark's comments, a lovely composition. I'd like to see a bit more detail in those dark arches as they are a bit heavy but it isn't a big problem. As Mary said, it does leave the eye to wander along to the lovely church along the bridge which itself has a lot of character. I like the treatment of this neg which has given the sky a sort of infra red feel to it.

Composition and colour treatment are really nice. I like this as my eye was able to wander through the scene, taking in the impressive bridge and the church but finally drawn to the two people standing on the far bank. For me they are the making of this shot providing scale but also some lasting interest as I'm now wondering what they're are doing etc.
