My favourite of the set, and the one that I thought really captures her character, is the one with the ball in her mouth. She's gorgeous.

--Hannah is a pretty dog. She is 10 now - going to be 11 this Dec. This poor girl has been through alot and she never lets it get her down. She has had so many surgeries to fix the problems that to much breeding has done to the Golden Retrievers in the US. Its sad, but she shows us that anything can be overcome as she just keeps "truckin' on" even if it is a sore day for her.

As for the ball---she will take a throw or two, but she keeps it with her all the time. Her favorite thing is to hide it someplace, then hide herself and we have to get it and throw it to her. Thats her way of playing fetch. She does have her Mom and Dad trained well

JMitchell do you have a flat coat retreiver? They are beautiful dogs. I would love to have one of those.

Yes I do. Proudly named Mackeson, his mother was Guinness (we didn't own her), his father was Murphy (don't know much about him), and his sister was Caffrey. Unfortunately the sister and mother have died, but their previous owners have a new one called Zola

The woman I train with (dog training classes) has 5 Flatcoats. They are gorgeous dogs, bonkers, but gorgeous!

Over here it is so hard to find a flat coated retriever. The breeders are scarce and if they do breed it is hard to get a pup. They want to preserve the line and not mess it up which has happened to the golden.
