Big Cat Day
I met up with DaveG down in Kent today, to visit a private collection of big cats !
Here are a few of the 400 plus i took today ! am sure Dave will have some to put up as well ! Ian never be afraid to darken your images a little to bring out the colour saturation. If you look at your shot it's just a tad 'wishy' and light, and images straight out of the camera tend to be on the over-exposed side anyway. I just dropped the gamma slightly, gave it a sharpen and cleaned his teeth.

You should have seen the ones that got away ! I had a bloody Tiger at the bars of its cage less than 1/2 inch from me roaring its head off ! Glad the bars held ! lol Only time i wished i had the 17-40 on LOL |

oooh I am a huge cat fan. Their such huge beasts aren't they? Gotta love em! Those are all great shots Ian. My fave is the tiger shot that CT liked as well. Looks like he's telling someone to f*** right off,lol. It's wonderful to see the teeth and the piercing eyes. Well done! I on the other hand don't mind the yellow teeth. Although they don't look that appealing, he is a tiger. Not too many carry toothbrushes

re the paw, the Lion decided it wanted a sleep, and all i could see was its hoooooge paw, so "snap" LOL SammyC !!!!! ROFLMAO didnt think of that ! I am just looking at a couple that didnt make it, am going to post a couple up as they arent great pictures, but could so eaily have been ! LOL Oh and this Tiger really was telling people to f*** right off ! this is the one i had a close encounter with !
