Nice composition Ray, on my monitor it does look a little dark although that said im sure you may blow the whites if you lighten in anymore. Im sure somebody on here "DAVE" will be able to advise better than me.

Exposure looks OK here. I think that the boats on the right look cluttered and do not add much. I do not like the two flag poles that dominate the centre of the image. Perhaps a view looking more to the left would have been a bit better. I alos would have removed the pylons and cables in the sky.
