This is quite nice Ray The BG is a bit cluttered, and the colours of the BG are more vibrant than the colour of the bluebells (which are overexposed), but I quite like it.

This is why i asked if if was ok. i dont mean to be funny just curious but if the background is cluttered and thats how it was why change it

Well you can't really change it now Ray. Why change it, or do it differently? Well, it's all about making a pleasing image. Choosing the right background is the trick, avoiding things like eaten leaves/grass like in the bottom LH corner, which are not that pleasing to the eye In this case, the background is competing for attention, as it has strong colours, as against the delicate bluebells, so that the picture is not just about bluebells here, even though your title indicates that you wanted it to be

OK charlotte thank you for the explanation, in other words before i take a pic put more thought in to the composition is that what you mean
