I must be missing the coffee, I can't see it represented in here at all. The pic is interesting, the BG objects adding extras to it even though we can't really work out what they are (well, I can't!) I think I'd use distort tool just to straighten the door on the left so that it is square with the shot. The smoke from the cigar could also be a bit stronger just to add a certain impact to it. Can't claim to know a thing about cigars myself, they're not appealing to me at all, but perhaps to a cigar somker this would have more impact.

Going by your avatar Gary, I assume they are a bit of a passion for you

Only premium hand rolled cigars. Any cigar freak would know this is one by the straight cut (you need to do it yourself) at the end. They are worlds apart from machine made cigars or those cigarette things.
