cardiff bay at night
went for a trip to the bay for a few pics last night, turned out to be quite productive, there was loads of shots to be had, i'll have to return another day to finished them.
10secs f14 14mm iso 200  bit of an odd one: 2.5 secs f11 120mm iso 200  st davids hotel: 10secs f14 10mm iso 200 rotated and cropped a pinch  one day i'll have a flat with a boat out the front: 20secs f18 20mm iso 200  got a little over sat in SFW (didnt fix it, oops) but i quite like it for this type of shot

I like the first one best. Its great.
I like night shots, but I always feel a bit apprehensive being in dark places with my camera. Have taken a few in Bradford at night, but its harder to do than it looks. andy |

Great shots there noah!
Some seem a little off vertical i.e. #2 which is everso slightly distracting. They are worth getting correct IMO. |

I like these very much, particularly the last one. If it is local return and take a shot with some light still in the sky. That would nail it !!

First is the best of the lot in my opinion, nice perspective there
It is a tough old world out there, and it can be risky taking night shots in quiet places on your own. If you do end up on your own, what i'd do (and i do do) is take the center column out, it would come in handy if things got a bit iffy on your own. Shame you have to think that way i know |

Wow ... don't know quite how I missed these to date but they are a really great suite of phtographs Noah !
Well exposed, contrasty, great composition and with beautiful colours ... not a lot to pick holes in even if I wanted ... I Like a lot ! TFS ... |
