Anything you can do to 1st shot to boost skin colour, as in 2nd shot (which is perfect) ? ....or is it just your brother was a little pale that day ?

Being a newbie to all this technermological photography, can I ask about RAW? I have that option on my Pentax and the software that came with it is specifically for adjusting RAW shots. Is that the advantage of shooting in RAW or are there other benefits to it as well? I haven't come across it before.

There is a lot of benifits of shooting raw mode, i shoot it all the time now
