Its a place I know very well and has some great architecture. In your shot I feel there is too much empty sky space and it would benefit from a panoramic crop. If there has been light clouds or a stunning thunderstorm brewing then that would have filled the spave and kept the shot balanced.

You could even take it a stage further and add a slight gradient to the sky...

yep the crop definately improves the image, i would be tempted to change the sky completely giving a heavy dramatic sky...... BUT thats just my preference but it suits edinburgh to a T!... need to arrange a trip in soon havent been since i walked round greyfriars at night! lol not good for photography your hands shake too much!
