Empty Funfair (set)

Something a bit different from me today.

Coming home from my night shift I drove past a funfair. At that time of the morning it was totally deserted. It wasn't locked up so I took my camera in and wandered around.

The whole thing felt really spooky but I'm glad I did it. None of these images are great on their own but I like them as a set. They kinda remind me of those 'hilarious' web images where you're asked to look at a picture for ages then suddenly a ghost/monster/whatever comes flying towards you making a screaming noise.

pretty interesting shots there Fingerz, but i think you need to play with the levels etc, they are a little flat

Me too.

I agree with Matty about the levels as well. This is one subject where the colour sat could be boosted to enhance the fairground atmosphere to good effect.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I deliberately desaturated the images. Although those shots do actually convey how it felt and looked so I think it's a fair manipulation.
