Fun in the Garden!
Hey all,
Took these in the garden over the last day or two, thought i'd share with you cos I found this wild rabbit lazing around in the foliage. ![]() Ok so he's not that wild... ![]() And this pesky mutha! ![]() Cheers for looking. |

f/8 and a fast shutter speed, or a wider aperture if you want
, basically isolate the subject, and try to get light to be in a good place to both illuminate but not blow out the subject (cos we can all control the sun right?) ![]() Cute wabbit ![]() |

No actually I don't. Some may find that odd, but I never have for my flower shots, I just optimise to get the fastest shutter speed I can, and then hold my breath
![]() I find a tripod restricting, (plus mine's total £$%& ), so I don't. Don't use flash either, except fill for some bird shots (of which I don't take many). |

Yeah I couldn't keep up with flies etc using the tripod so just went hand held - i'd deffo use my benbo for flowers though because it's so damn flexible
Btw I took your advice and got a 70-300 APO! |
