Shot this on the embankment at Bedford on Saturday night. Apeture f10 and bulb setting for quite some time No lights round this tree, so just lit with the ambient light in the park. Liked the spooky feel, it looks like it should be haunted. Looks quite dark on my monitor at work, but at home on laptop and main pc, lots of detail

Thanks, I just thought the movement in the little twigs looked a bit spooky. Actually glad I was with a group as it was quite dark by the river.

I like this. I just happened to watch the 80's movie Beetlejuice with my kids this weekend `and I think this would fit right into the set. My monitor shows a lot of detail and a spooky green moss.

Really interesting picture - learning so many new things to try ....

Easy one to have a go at this Willow, although take a torch to set your focus. It was too dark to really see the detail, so I shone a torch on it, set the focus and then turned the torch off.
