Nice trio of Great Crested Grebe shots - #3 definitely has the awwww factor!

#1 has the best exposure and looks to be sharpest although looks a bit right heavy. Another half inch of frame behind would not go amiss.

#2 the chick is cut off, its not such pleasing light they're both turning away from the camera - one for the bin I'd say.

# 3 probably the most interesting, I'd crop right down, the top of the frame isn't adding anything to the story, could lose a little from the right also.
