OK, for a bit of fun, you need to guess what it is! Only clue you get is that I took the pic yesterday late afternoon! Got a couple more shots that may, or may not, help the guessing along!

Think it was used as a base for a sign (seeing as the hub is filled with concrete) - the seaweed was in the tyre tread and that rust in the 1st pic was the steel core breaking through
