im getting much better raw image conversion since i started capture one
ive also met a new friend a film photographer
being taught manual mode from another nikonian
excellent

ive tried phase 1 s b/w conversion using their profiles but so far i like my photoshop way better

dunno where my my new clearer better results via capture one raws are going
hopefully id like to integrate every style together


im loving b/w
the intro of the d40 has bumped me up in clazz
also now i have a +3 diopter for 28-200mm lens

hard to do xtremo close ups indoors with it however

hopefully soon im getting a 1:1 macro lens
eyeballs sharp

WOW Autom, these shots look almost normal! <g> WTG, you've captured some good stuff there. The third shot of the lady is a bit too tightly cropped, runs down the tip of her nose which doesn't quite work. The rest though are great. I think we have seen the clarinetist before with more processing done or this is a similar one. Anyway, good to see you still playing away and hope to see some good work with your new macro lens.
